This study is a case study of situation analysis using a fishbone diagram approach with a grouping of five management tools, namely man, money, method, machine and material (5M). Poor implementation of delegation can reduce the quality of nursing services. Often the head of the room in managing nursing service management requires a lot of time, so it is difficult to do it without the help of others, therefore the absolute effort that needs to be done by the head of the room is to delegate the task to the team leader.
